Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pawalist, operated by App Forge Labs LLC ("we"). By using Pawalist you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

What Pawalist does

Pawalist is a task manager that uses AI models to read what you capture, organize it into tasks, and propose a schedule. Those proposals are suggestions. The models can misread you, estimate a duration badly, or infer a date you did not mean, which is why nothing an agent proposes takes effect until you accept it and why every agent change is recorded and reversible. Do not rely on Pawalist as the only record of a legal, medical, financial or safety-critical obligation.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in email account secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Do not use Pawalist to break the law, to deceive, to abuse other people, or to probe systems you are not allowed to access. We may refuse requests and suspend accounts that abuse the service.
• Check what the agents produce before you act on it. You remain responsible for your own commitments and deadlines.
• Only give an API credential or an MCP connection to software you trust. Within the scopes you grant, it can read and change your work.
• Do not upload content you have no right to, and do not use Pawalist to process other people's personal data without a basis for doing so.

Your content and ours

You keep the rights to what you put into Pawalist, and to the tasks, schedules and summaries it produces from your input. You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you, which includes sending the relevant parts to a model provider to answer your request. We do not use your content to train models. The Pawalist software and site remain ours.

Plans and payment

• Free. Capture, one-time and recurring tasks, projects, labels, subtasks, dependencies, manual planning and scheduling, completion tracking, context rules, and complete data export. No AI features, no paid API, no MCP.
• Pawalist, $20 per month. billed in advance through Stripe, renewing automatically until cancelled. Each successfully paid period grants 10,000 AI credits, which fund up to $5 of measured model and tool cost, and unlocks every AI feature, the paid API and MCP.
• Cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account returns to the free manual core. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it, or at our discretion if something went wrong on our side, in which case please email us.
• Credits. Credits are an internal accounting unit, not a currency, and have no cash value. Included credits expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for. Credits you buy in a pack do not expire while your account is open, are not refundable, and are forfeited if your account is permanently deleted. A failed operation releases whatever it reserved and is not charged.
• If a renewal fails, AI, API and MCP access continues while Stripe retries, but no new included credits are granted. If Stripe marks the subscription unpaid or cancelled, those capabilities stop; your data and the free manual core are unaffected.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Pawalist available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
